North Carolina Statewide Training Database

Under contract with the North Carolina Division of Social Services, the Resource Program has developed and continues to manage a training database for use over the World Wide Web. This database, the North Carolina Statewide Training System (NCST),

  • Tracks the enrollment and completion of training for child welfare social workers across North Carolina

  • Provides administrators with information useful for monitoring the demand and supply of training needs across the state.

The NCST has been designed with an eye toward facilitating routine data entry functions. These include entering registrations, curriculum descriptions, training events, constructing reports, and printing documents such as confirmation letters, registration rosters, and name tags. Through the NCST, several users across the state have immediate and simultaneous access to North Carolina training information.

To access the North Carolina Statewide Training System go to http://www.ncswtrain.org.
