Attachment is a two-day,
competency-based, foundation curriculum that includes information about:
- The attachment process,
- Separation from the viewpoint of
the child,
- Grief reactions based upon childhood
developmental ages and stages, and
- Strategies to help a child re-attach.

Effects of Separation and Loss on
Attachment is currently offered free of charge to social workers
from North Carolina departments of social services. To learn more about class
